Pelage Medi Spa, a trusted name in Issaquah for over 26 years, is seeking a seasoned and professional Front Desk Receptionist with strong customer service experience. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, this role is critical in ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/out clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage a busy calendar.
• Maintain and update client records/charts.
• Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting front desk and workspace.
• Promote spa services and retail products.

Schedule:

Full-Time Position – Flexible hours, but ideally:

• Weekdays, Evenings and Saturdays

Required Experience & Skills:

-Prior front desk/reception experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting.
-Proficiency with POS systems and appointment scheduling software.
-Strong customer service skills and a client-first approach.
-Tech-savvy – must be comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic internet use.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Comfortable standing for extended periods.
-Reliable transportation.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required):
Experience with retail marketing & display.
Sales or commission-based retail experience.
