Fencing Open House
Washington Fencing Academy is holding a FREE Open House this weekend! Everyone is welcome to attend, from new families to experienced fencers. The Academy is offering free mini-lessons, fencing demonstations, and refreshments!
Three fun tournaments to fence or observe!
Unrated Mixed Epee (13+ years old) 1:30 pm
Youth Mixed Saber (Unsactioned) (6-12 years old) 3 pm
Unrated Mixed Saber (13+ years old) 3 pm
Youth Mixed Saber (Unsactioned) (6-12 years old) 3 pm
Unrated Mixed Saber (13+ years old) 3 pm
Cost for participants:
$20/tournament.
$10 for the Youth Saber (Unsanctioned)
$5 off unsanctioned events if you bring a dish to share for the Grand Opening potluck that starts at 4 pm.
US Fencing membership and full uniform is required for the Unrated events! WFA will have some for rental. Unsanctioned event DOES NOT need a competitive membership, but does need at least a non-competitive membership.
