With back to school being foremost on our minds, this is the perfect time to think about internships and mentoring opportunities.
If you have ever thought about mentoring, career coaching, or offering internships in your business, this class is for you! Led by a panel of experts, this panel discussion will guide you through the ins and outs of how to make a difference for our young people today by offering real life learning opportunities.
Deanna Carlisle is the Founder of Youth Career Compass (www.youthcareercompass.com), a company dedicated to inspiring and supporting students in their career exploration journey. Her passion is helping young people to discover how their strengths, interests and skills can translate into a fulfilling career and college plan. Deanna has spent the last 20 years with Microsoft, with the majority of that time being spent in college recruiting, managing the high school and college intern programs and working with new Microsoft employees just out of college. In her role managing the high school intern program at Microsoft, Deanna provided training and support to interns, managers and mentors to ensure a successful internship experience for students and for Microsoft.
